Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase from FlirtSpin™. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please contact us to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return in the email. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost returns. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, your refund (excluding the original shipping cost) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. For any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect items upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
